Dog Zen offers a full money-back guarantee on all our Virtual Training Schools, within 14 days of purchase. To qualify for a full refund, we must be able to see that you have accessed the course.
If you're a current subscriber to our Virtual Puppy School, Virtual Teenage School, or Virtual Dog School, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase by emailing support@dogzen.com.
If we can see that you have logged in to access the course, we will refund the full amount you paid when you enrolled in the course.
If you have been enrolled for more than 14 days, you do not qualify for our money-back guarantee offer.
